Why won’t it let me change the email address on my account?

If you seem to be unable to change your email address, there are a few possible reasons.

1. You may have initiated an email address change on your account, but you have not confirmed the change yet. Check the inbox under your new email address for a confirmation link.
   
2. You may have a second account under the email address that you wish to change your account over to. Log in to the free account under the email address that you wish to change your account to, and delete it by following the instructions in this article.

Still having trouble? Please forward both email addresses to support (support@hellosign.com). Indicate which account you want to keep and which email address you’d like the account under for further assistance.
