If a signature request you sent is still pending signature, you can send the signers a reminder to complete the request. When you send a reminder, the signers will receive an email with a new link to the document. Only the newest link sent through your reminder will work. If the signers attempt to access an old link, they’ll see an expired link page.
To send a reminder:
- Sign in to hellosign.com.
- Click Documents in the left sidebar.
- Click Status above the document list, and click Pending signature.
- Hover over ⁝ (vertical ellipsis) next to the document you’d like to send a reminder for.
- Click Email reminder.
- Click the tickbox next to the signer(s) you’d like to send a reminder to.
- Click Email reminder.
