How to add or edit your tax ID

If you pay taxes on your HelloSign subscription, you can add your tax ID to your HelloSign account at any time. Learn more about the taxes in your location.

To add or edit your tax ID:

1. Sign in to hellosign.com.
2. Hover over your initials in the top right-hand corner.
3. Click My settings.
4. Click Billing.
5. Next to VAT number (optional), click Add VAT number or Edit.
6. Add your tax ID.
   • Note: tax ID formats vary slightly by country. If you get an error message when you add your tax ID, check that it’s formatted correctly for the country listed in your billing information.
7. Click Save.
