Once you have completed the activation and added the Use HelloSign button, you will need to add the
HelloSign Signature Request area on all record layouts you would like to send documents from. You can do this from Opportunity, Account, Lead or Contact record (whichever object that HelloSign for Salesforce will be used to send signature requests).
To start, select the record type you want to work with, then click "Edit layout." Then, select "Related Lists" within the Layout section. Then, select HelloSign Signature Requests and drag this to the area you want your documents to appear.
Configure the view on the HelloSign Signature Request Object by selecting the wrench icon. From the available fields boxes, choose which fields to have on the layout. It is recommended to have the Request ID, Document Name and Latest Action as a selected field. Also, we would recommend that you choose "Sort By Description."
Once you are done, please remember to scroll up back to the Layout Box and click the Save icon.
