You can search the documents and templates in your Dropbox Sign account by name or owner. You can also search for a document using the document’s ID.
Search documents or templates
To search your documents or templates:
- Sign in to hellosign.com.
- Click Documents or Templates in the left sidebar depending on what you’re searching for.
- Click the search bar in the upper-right.
- Type what you’d like to search for.
- Press the enter/return key on your keyboard or click the search icon (magnifying glass).
Advanced search
To further refine your search, you can add modifiers to your search query. The table below contains all the modifiers you can use to search your documents and templates.
Note: When writing a search query using a modifier, use spaces to separate fields.
