You can use pre-made templates in Dropbox Forms to expedite the process of creating and sending forms. Templates offered by default are:
- Sample Job Application Workflow
- Form W-8BEN
- Offer Letter
- Form I9
- Background Check Authorization
- Job Application - Applicant Info
- Registration Form
- IRS W-4 Form

How to use a template to create a form
To create a form from a template:
- Sign in to Dropbox Forms.
- Click Create form on the top left.
- Choose a template.

- To use a Dropbox Forms template, click Templates.
- To use a template from your team, click Team Templates.
- To create a new template, click Build your own.

- Review the form, and confirm that this is the template you’d like to use.

- To view how your form will appear to recipients, click the Form tab.
- To view how the template will appear when a recipient returns it, click the PDF tab.
- If the form you’re using has conditional logic, learn about the flow the signer will follow by clicking the Form routing tab. Learn more about conditional logic.

- Click Use template.
- Add components to your form. Learn more about navigating the Dropbox Forms editor.
- When you’re finished populating your form, click Review and Publish.
- To send your form, click Publish & Send.
- Click the dropdown under Select a form to send, and choose the correct form.
- To choose whether to send the file as an attachment or a link, click the dropdown next to Email completed documents to participants via.

- Note: To get a notification when the form is complete, check the box next to Notify the sender or team members when complete.

- Add the names and addresses of the recipient(s).

- Note: You can also send your form to multiple recipients by clicking Bulk Send.

- To create a link that anyone can click to open and fill out the form, toggle Enable shareable link to on. Then, click Copy to share your link.
- Click Send.
The recipient will receive a copy of the fillable form in their email. You can view the progress of all your sent forms by clicking Sent on your Dropbox Forms home page.
