You can use the Dropbox Sign for Procore Integration to send project documents for electronic signature. You can create new documents within Procore and then send them to recipients via the integration. When the forms are completed and returned, they’re automatically saved back into Procore.

Send email notifications automatically
When you create and send a form with the Dropbox Sign and Procore integration, the recipient is automatically notified via email that they have a document to sign.
See the status of the documents you’ve sent
You can see the status of the documents you send, so that the signer can be reminded to complete them if needed.
How to get the integration
To get the Dropbox Sign and Procore integration, you need to email email@example.com. Be sure to include the following information:
- Do you already have a Procore subscription?
- Do you already have a Dropbox Sign subscription?
What if I don’t have a Dropbox Sign subscription?
You can still use the Dropbox Sign and Procore integration if you don’t have a Dropbox Sign subscription. Email TEAM IM to get a per seat or per request eSignature package to use the integration.
Does it cost anything to use the Dropbox Sign and Procore integration?
If you do not have a Dropbox Sign subscription, the cost to use the Procore integration is $12 per user, per month.
