To send the required fields to a Dropbox Sign template, you must first create a contact field for the ActiveCampaign contact:
- Single signer: Use the contact’s Name and Email.
- Multiple signers: Create Name and Email fields in the Contact table respective to the roles.
You will need these for mapping fields while setting up automation workflows in ActiveCampaign.
How do I create a workflow to send a signature request?
- Log in to ActiveCampaign.
- Click Automations.
- Locate the part of the template document you wish to input the signature request.
- This is recommended when the Deal stage is changed.
- Insert Send Dropbox Sign Signature Request (Sandbox) Action step in the Actions list.
- Drag and drop the action into the workflow.
