You can use the Dropbox Sign and Ironclad integration to prepare and send documents without ever leaving Dropbox Sign. You can automatically name and save drafted and signed contracts to Dropbox.
Features included in the integration
Contracts can be routed through Dropbox Sign
Contracts can be sent for eSignature to two counter-parties using Dropbox Sign. Everyone involved receives email notifications prompting them to sign the contract, and can then confirm the agreement by executing the contract.
Creates a documentation trail
All signer activities are recorded into a dedicated repository for easy access and future reference.
Saves back to Dropbox Sign
Forms can be sent directly from Dropbox, and are automatically saved back to your Dropbox account.
How to get the integration
To get the Dropbox Sign and Ironclad integration as an admin user:
- Log in to Ironclad.
- Click your name in the top-right corner.
- Click Company Settings.
- Click Integrations.
- Select Dropbox Sign.
- Click Link Account.
- Log in to the Dropbox Sign account you want to connect to Ironclad.
You’ll be directed back to the Dropbox Sign Integrations page on Ironclad. The Dropbox Sign account is now linked.
Note: You must have Dropbox API access to connect your Dropbox account to Ironclad.
