You can test out the Sign API by including the boolean parameter test_mode.
Signature requests created in test mode are not legally valid and are watermarked as such.
If you're using the embedded signing flow and are ready to make production/legally valid signature requests, you'll need to go through the Embedded Signing App Approval Process listed here: https://app.hellosign.com/api/embeddedSigningWalkthrough#AppApproval
