No, multiple people should not sign a document from the same account. We identify each sender by his or her email address, so it's crucial that one e-mail address (your HelloSign account login) is linked to one single person, and only that person's signature is saved on the account.
If different names are signed from a single HelloSign account, this threatens the integrity of the signatures, and could potentially invalidate a document signed in this manner.
