When you rename a document, the change will only reflect in your Dropbox Sign account. Anyone else who has access to the document will still see the original name.
To rename a document:
- Sign in to hellosign.com.
- Click Documents in the left sidebar.
- Hover over “⁝” (vertical ellipsis) next to the documents you’d like to rename.
- Click Rename.
- Type what you’d like to name the document.
- Click OK.
Note: You may not have the ability to rename a document if an admin on your team has enabled HIPAA compliance.
