You can edit your signature in 3 ways: drawing, typing, or uploading a new signature.
To add a new signature:
- Sign in to your account.
- Hover over your email address in the upper-right corner.
- Select Edit signature.
- Choose a method to create your signature. You can draw or type your name, or upload an image of your signature.
- Add your signature and click Select.
To delete a saved signature:
- Sign in to your account.
- Hover over your email address in the upper-right corner.
- Select Edit signature.
- Click the clock icon on the left-hand side to see your saved signatures.
- Click the correct signature.
- Click the trash icon.
Note: Users on a free plan can save and access up to 5 signatures at a time.
