What are your supported file types and file size?

Dropbox Fax supports a wide range of files including doc, docx, pdf, ppsx, ppt, pptx, jpg, jpeg, png, xls, xlsx, txt, html and gif files.

If you’d like to use a file type that we don’t support, you can save the file as a pdf and then upload it to hellofax.com.

Note: We support a file size of up to 40 MB for each document in a fax transmission. There is also a maximum total page limit of 250 pages for the Dropbox Fax End-user product.
