To change the email address you use to sign in to Dropbox Sign:
- Log in to hellosign.com.
- Hover over your initials in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Profile.
- Click Change Email Address and add your new email.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.
If you see an error that states the email address you’d like to use already exists, you’ll need to:

Note: You’ll find information on how to reset the password of the email address you need to delete here.

Log back in to the account that you’d like to keep, then update to the new email address by following the instructions in the section
- Check the inbox for your updated email address for a confirmation email.

Click Activate address in the confirmation email.
- Enter your old email address and password.
Note: The email address change won’t be finalized until you complete steps 4 and 5.
