How to download signed documents

Once a signature request has been completed, you can download the signed documents on hellosign.com or the Dropbox Sign mobile app.

Download signed documents on hellosign.com

To download signed documents on hellosign.com:

1. Sign in to hellosign.com.
2. Click Documents in the left sidebar.
3. Hover over “⁝” (vertical ellipsis) next to the signature request you’d like to download documents from.
4. Click Download, Download PDF, Download as CSV, or Download Signed.
   • If you choose Download or Download PDF, documents from that signature request will download to your computer’s Downloads folder (unless your computer’s default settings have been changed).
   • If you choose Download as CSV, you’ll receive an email with a ZIP file containing a CSV file of response data from that signature request.
   • If you choose Download Signed, you’ll receive an email with a ZIP file containing all signed documents from that signature request.

Download signed documents on the Dropbox Sign mobile app

To download signed documents on the Dropbox Sign iOS app:

1. Open the Dropbox Sign mobile app.
2. Tap the document you’d like to download.
3. Tap Share.
4. Tap Save to Files.
5. Select a location to save your document.
6. Tap Save.

To download signed documents on the Dropbox Sign Android app:

1. Open the Dropbox Sign mobile app.
2. Tap the document you’d like to download.
3. Tap “⁝” (vertical ellipsis).
4. Tap Download.
