When you sync your cloud service account toFax, we'll use what ever account you're signed into at the time. We do not check to make sure that the address you signed up for to Fax is the same as on the cloud service you are syncing to.
If you accidentally synced the wrong account toFax, you can undo this by:
- Signing in and clicking on your email address in the upper right-hand corner
- Select Settings.
- Choose the Integrations tab at the top.
- Find the cloud service you're using and click the 'Deactivate' button to the right.
- Then make sure you're signed into the account you wish to sync with in the same browser and re-activate.
