If you would like to send a signature request reminder, or need to send a signer a fresh link, you can easily do so by performing the following steps:
- Click into your Documents page
- Filter to "Out for Signature" status
- Click on the drop down menu that appears next to the document you have out for signature, then click on "Send Reminder."
- Check off each signer you'd like to send a reminder/fresh link to, then click the blue "Send Reminder" button:
And you're done! From here, your signer will receive a reminder that they need to sign and a fresh link via email.
Please note: Only the newest link sent through your reminder will work. If your signer attempts to access an old link, they will run into an expired link page again. If your signer reports back saying the link is not working, please double check that they are only trying to access the newest link sent before re-sending.
