What power do I have as a team admin?
As a HelloSign Business admin, you can set default Business features for your whole team. To do so:
1. Click on your email address in the upper right corner.
2. Click Settings on the menu that pops up.
3. Click on the Team tab at the top of the page.
4. Tick “lock default for team” box for any feature you’d like to make the default for your team and then scroll down to save your changes.
As a Business admin, you can see all document activity across all of your team members’ accounts. Only Business team admins have this power. This means that while you may see your team members' documents on your Documents page, your team members cannot see each other's documents or yours unless they are Business admins as well.
As a Business admin, you can invite senders to your team or remove them on the Team page.
As a paid Business admin, you have control of billing, credit card info, adding and removing licenses, canceling your subscription, and viewing your receipt or invoice, all from the Settings > Billing page.
Administrators also have the ability to choose which templates to share with the team, even if they didn't create the template.
