To manage and assign out numbers to team members, first start off by clicking Team.
When this page loads, you will see a column on the right side of the page where you can add or remove fax lines, and assign these out to team members. You can also choose to port your number through this page.
Searching and Managing Fax Lines
If you have more than five fax lines, you will see a search box appear at the top of this column that will allow you to manage numbers easily. To find a specific fax line, simply type in digits within the line you are looking for.
Our search bar will also auto-suggest numbers that include the digits you are typing in the search box. You can also search using a team member's email address, and this will bring up all the fax numbers assigned to the specific team member.
Once you find the fax line you need to manage, simply click on the drop down menu to display all team members. Select check the box next to the member you want to assign the number to. Uncheck the box if you need to remove the line from them. You can also use the Ctrl+Find function on your browser to get to the team member you need.
Deleting a Number
To remove or completely delete a number, simply click on the "X" next to the fax line.
