This article describes a feature available to customers upgrading or signing up for Dropbox Sign Essentials, Standard, or Premium plans. |
Dropbox Sign Essentials, Standard and Premium give you access to advanced eSignature features allowing you to both sign and request signatures online, quickly and easily.
Purchasing a Dropbox Sign plan
To purchase, or begin a free trial of a Dropbox sign plan:

Go to the Dropbox Sign plans page.

On the plan you’d like to sign up for select Purchase now or Start free trial.
- You’ll be prompted to log in or sign up for a Dropbox account.

If you choose Continue with Dropbox, or Continue with Google, once you log in, you’ll have an opportunity to review the Dropbox Sign terms and the Dropbox privacy policy. Click Agree and sign up to continue.

If you enter your email, you’ll be prompted to enter your password. Click Log in to continue.

If you click Sign up, you’ll be prompted to enter your details and review the Dropbox Sign terms and the Dropbox privacy policy. Click Agree and Sign up to continue.

At the checkout page, choose whether you’d like to be billed monthly or annually, enter your billing details, check the box agreeing to the the Dropbox Sign terms and click Purchase to complete your transaction.
- If you’re signing up for Dropbox Sign Standard or Premium, you’ll also select the amount of licenses you’re purchasing here.
| Note: If you’re signing up for a free trial, you’ll still need to follow these steps. Your billing cycle will start when your free trial ends. |
