You can now pause your Dropbox Sign subscription during the cancellation process.
Pausing your subscription will downgrade your account to a limited access account for the duration of the paused period. You’ll no longer have access to Dropbox Sign’s paying features and you won’t be billed over this period.
To pause your subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- Hover over your initials in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Billing tab near the top of the screen.
- Click Cancel plan.
- Click Pause plan instead
- Select the amount of time you’d like to pause your plan for from the dropdown menu.
- Click Pause plan.
Your billing will resume once your paused period is finished.
