Can I receive faxes at more than one email address?

Did you want to share an inbound fax number, and have more than one person receive faxes and notifications simultaneously?

You would first need to create a Team, and invite all the members to your Dropbox Fax team. Each member will need to accept the invitation to confirm their membership.

How do I add members to my Dropbox Fax team?

Please be sure each member accepts the invitation they receive in their inbox.

Once part of your Dropbox Fax team, you can assign inbound fax number(s) to their email addresses. Everyone who has a fax number assigned to them will get an email notification when a fax is received at that fax number. They can also see all of their transmissions in their Faxes tab.
