All HelloSign signature request emails contain the following:
Warning: To prevent others from accessing your document, please do not forward this email.
When you use HelloSign to request a signature, this is commonly done via email. HelloSign sends each signer an email with a link to the document that requires that individual’s signature. If the recipient of such signature request forwards (or otherwise shares) the email or link with others then anyone with access to the email or link may be able to view/access the document, view and use saved images of previously used signatures, and may be capable of taking actions such as signing as the original recipient, or re-assigning or declining the signature request.
Sharing of signature request emails and links is not supported by HelloSign. Instead we recommend that you send signature requests directly to the email address of the intended signatory, and if you make a mistake, cancel the request and resend, or use our edit and resend feature to send to a new party.
