Using Dropbox Sign w/QQ Catalyst

To send a signature request using QQ Catalyst integration follow the steps below:

1. Login into your QQ Catalyst account https://app.qqcatalyst.com/
2. In the Global Navigation bar, search for and select the contact with the ACORD form to be signed.
3. Click the ACORD tab.
4. Select the ACORD form from either the ACORD Forms or History list.
5. In the appearing menu, click e-Sign > Dropbox Sign. QQCatalyst generates a PDF file and sends it to Dropbox Sign
6. In the pop up, Click on “Click here to open app”
7. In Dropbox Sign app-site, add the roles that will sign the document.
8. Click on “Prepare doc for signing”
9. Edit the document by adding the required fields
10. Click on Continue
11. Edit the title and the message if needed
12. Click on “Request signature”

To Add a new ACORD file to a contact:

1. From the Contact page, select Add ACORD Form along the top bar of icons
2. Select any form (Property Loss Notice for example)
3. Select Next at the bottom right
4. Select Save And Close
