Invalid invitation links
If you click on an invitation link in your email and get an error that the link isn’t valid, you may need to change the security settings in your email account. You can:
- Ask your email administrator to add hellosign.com and mail.hellosign.com to their approved domain list.
- Ask your email administrator to add IP 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, and 18.104.22.168 to their approved IP list.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list.
If these don’t work, you can try another email account with different security settings.
