If you experience an error when connecting the Dropbox Sign for Salesforce integration, please check the Salesforce error logs. If there is an "isApiConnected() error Unauthorized API key" message that means that the API key to your Dropbox Sign account does not match the API key that Salesforce is expecting. Not to worry, generating a new API Key can be done on hellosign.com in a few simple steps.
- Log in to hellosign.com and click on your username in the upper-right hand side of the screen. In the drop down menu, click "Settings".
- After the settings page loads, click the "API" tab.
- On the API page, please click "Renew Key" then click "OK" on the alert to finalize the changes.
