"Insufficient Privileges" error page

Dropbox Sign supports out-of-the-box functionality on Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities. If you experience an "Insufficient Privileges" error when trying to use an out-of-the-box object please make sure to use our packaged permission sets. If you experience an "Insufficient Privileges" error on any other object, it is due to the user's profile not having access to the custom Visualforce page.

Please follow the steps below to grant the profile access.

1. From Setup, enter Profiles in the Quick Find box, then select Profiles.
2. Click the name of the profile you want to modify.
3. Go to the Visualforce Page Access page or related list and click Edit.
4. Select the Visualforce pages that you want to enable from the Available Visualforce Pages list and click Add. You can also select the Visualforce pages that you want disabled from the Enabled Visualforce Pages list and click Remove.
5. Click Save.
