To send a signature request through the HubSpot integration follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the contact within your HubSpot account which you'd like to send the request to.
- Using the slide out menu on the right side of the screen scroll down to the HelloSign section click on 'Actions' and then 'choose template'.
- A pop up will appear with a list of the templates you're able to select from, choose which template you'd like to use.
- The HelloSign prep page will open within your HubSpot account as a pop up. The information about the contact will automatically be pulled from the Contact. Confirm the information is correct or make changes as needed then click on 'Request Signature'.
- The request will be sent to the signers and the requester will be redirected to a 'Thanks for submitting your document!' pop up, simply close this out and continue working within your HubSpot account.
