Multi-Teams Team Roles

All teams have the same 4 basic roles available, Admin, Team Manager, Developer and Member. What determines the permissions of those roles is based on where they are within the team structure. Here's a breakdown of each role's permissions. 

Organization Admin

• Access admin console
• Send and Receive Signature Requests
• Manage personal settings
• Manage subscriptions and billing 
• Create and edit teams
• Invite, edit, remove and lock users
• Bulk invite users
• Assign users to teams
• Set and lock team settings for the organization
• Manage security settings including SSO and 2FA
• Run reports
• Send reminders for the whole organization
• Create API Apps that can be used in production
• Has an API Key that can be used in production
• Make API Signature Requests in production
• Can choose which templates to share with other team members, even if they didn't create the template.
• Can restrict template creating to only Admins
• View and delete all documents and templates within the organization

Organization/Top Team Manager 

• Access to Admin Console 
• Send and Receive Signature Requests
• Manage personal settings
• Manage billing and subscriptions
• Run reports
• Reset users passwords
• Create and edit teams
• Invite, edit, remove and lock users
• Assign users to teams
• Set and lock team settings for the organization
• Manage security settings including SSO and 2FA
• Ability to edit SSO settings

Sub-Team Admin

• Access to Admin Console 
• If given permission by the Org admin, can edit team settings
• Send and Receive Signature Requests
• View and delete all documents and templates within their team and sub-teams
• Send reminders within their team and sub-teams
• View all teams and filter by their team and sub-teams
• View all users and filter by their team and sub-teams 
• Manage personal settings

Sub-Team Manager 

• Access to Admin Console 
• If given permission by the Org admin, can edit team settings
• Send and Receive Signature Requests
• Manage personal settings
• View all teams and filter by their team and sub-teams 
• View all users and filter by their team and sub-teams 

Team Member 

• Can Send and Receive Signature Requests
• Can manage personal settings
• Members cannot access billing information, nor do they have the ability to update/cancel the team's subscription, or see documents on other team members accounts

Developer(for those planning on using an API plan)

• Can Send and Receive Signature Requests
• Can manage personal settings
• Can create API Apps that can be used in production
• Has an API Key that can be used in production
• Can make API Signature Requests in production
• They cannot access billing information, nor do they have the ability to update/cancel the team's subscription, or see documents on other team members accounts
