Changes to customer orgs can occasionally have unintended consequences for HelloSign functionality. So, if you find that you are suddenly experiencing issues with some or all users being able to use HelloSign, please check for updates or modifications which may have occurred, including:
- Critical updates
- Health Check updates
- Changes to user Profiles
- Changes to the HelloSign connected user (or to the Profile or permissions of that user)
- Any other org modifications or changes that may restrict access or usability of managed packages
