HubSpot and HelloSign have joined to give HubSpot users the ability to utilize HelloSign features in the HubSpot CRM.
This integration allows users to organize contacts according to their signature status, access pre-formatted HelloSign templates, send signature requests through a template, and autofill templates with a contact’s info.
The HubSpot integration is available to all HelloSign users who have a paid plan and an active HubSpot account.
Please note that you should always activate and deactivate the integration from the HelloSign side as detailed below, especially if you are on a team. Disconnecting the integration from the HubSpot side will result in all team members being disconnected as soon as their authentication tokens expire!
How to activate the HubSpot integration on your HelloSign account
1 - Login into your HelloSign account, and select “Integrations” from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
2 - Scroll down until you see HubSpot, and click on "Activate".
3 - You will be prompted to log in to your HubSpot account if you're not already. (If you don't have a HubSpot account yet you can click on the link at the top of the login page "Sign up now".
Once you’ve authorized HelloSign to communicate with HubSpot, your browser will automatically return to the integrations menu on your HelloSign account.

How to Deactivate the HubSpot integration
Need to integrate with a different HubSpot account? Would like to deactivate the integration? It's very easy! Just follow the steps below:
1 - Login into your HelloSign account, and select “Integrations” from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
2 - Scroll down until you see HubSpot, and click on "Deactivate".
NOTE: Deactivating the HubSpot integration will halt the transfer of information and/or documents to your HubSpot account. Your HelloSign info will no longer sync to your HubSpot account.
