This article walks you through installing and authorizing the HelloSign for HubSpot integration. If you’re on a team that uses the HelloSign multi-teams feature, your HelloSign admin needs to install the HelloSign app in HubSpot before the rest of the team can use it.

How to install the HelloSign app in HubSpot
To install the HelloSign app in HubSpot:
1. Sign in to app.hubspot.com.
2. Click the marketplace icon in the upper right.
3. Click App Marketplace.
4. Type “HelloSign” in the search bar.
5. Click HelloSign in the list that appears.
6. On the HelloSign app listing page, click Install app. A new browser tab will open.
- Note: We recommend having a HubSpot Super Admin install the HelloSign app from the HubSpot App Marketplace.
7. Enter your HelloSign account credentials, or click Sign up now and follow the prompts to create a new HelloSign account.
- Note: You must log in with the same email address for both HelloSign and HubSpot to use the integration.
8. Click Accept to allow HubSpot access to your HelloSign account.
9. Select the HubSpot account you’d like to connect to.
10. Click Choose Account.
11. Click Connect app to allow HelloSign access to your HubSpot account.
You’ll be taken to HubSpot, and you’ll see a new HelloSign CRM card in the right sidebar.
Note: If the admin who installs the integration for your team leaves, your new admin can install the integration with this link.
Team members: Authorize the HelloSign for HubSpot integration
If you’re using the HelloSign multi-teams feature, you’ll need to authorize the integration to start using it after your HelloSign admin installs the app.
To authorize the integration:
1. Sign in to app.hubspot.com.
2. Click Send template or any other action in the HelloSign CRM card. A new browser tab will open.
3. Enter your HelloSign account credentials.
- Note: You must log in with the same email address for both HelloSign and HubSpot to use the integration.
4. Select the HubSpot account you’d like to connect to.
5. Click Accept to allow HubSpot access to your HelloSign account.
After connecting your HelloSign account, you’ll be able to proceed with the action you selected on the HelloSign CRM card.
Note: The language displayed in the HelloSign app in HubSpot will reflect the language setting of your HelloSign account.
