Thinking about using the HelloSign integration for your team on Hubspot? Here are a few things considerations:
- If you have a team on HelloSign, please note that each user still needs to activate the integration individually. - It's not possible to integrate more than one HubSpot account with the same HelloSign account, and the same is valid for the other way around. Our integration is build on a one-to-one basis, so only one HelloSign account can be integrated with one HubSpot account.
- Due to a HubSpot requirement that users who will enable the integration, must have the "Super Admin" role assigned at the time the integration is activated. Once the integration is connected, the role can be reverted back to what is intended.
- If a user sees the message "Please reintegrate your HelloSign account" when trying to use HelloSign on HubSpot, it means that their integration is not activated. The integration must be reactivated on our website.
