The HelloSign for HubSpot integration allows you to utilize HelloSign features in HubSpot without needing to toggle back and forth between applications. With this integration, you can create templates, request signatures, and view signature request statuses directly in HubSpot.
From the HelloSign CRM card in HubSpot, you can create a new template by uploading a file, assigning signer roles, and adding fillable fields to your document, all without leaving HubSpot.
Send signature requests
Note: Only HubSpot users with the appropriate object access will be able to use the integration from Contact, Deal, and Company records.
View signature request statuses
After you send a signature request, the status of that request will be visible in the HelloSign CRM card in HubSpot. From there, you can send a reminder or cancel the request. Once a document is signed, it’s automatically saved to the HubSpot record it was created from for easy organization.
Note: Only signature requests sent from the HelloSign CRM card will appear in HubSpot. Signature requests sent from hellosign.com are not tracked in HubSpot. You can track those signature requests from the Documents page on hellosign.com.
