This article describes a feature available to all Dropbox Sign customers. |
If you‘re signing a document you received through Dropbox Sign on your mobile device, you can now use Form View for a better user experience. When you use Form View, you can easily complete Dropbox Sign documents in a mobile browser without zooming in.
What is Form View signing
When you open up a document in a mobile web browser, you can turn on Form View using the toggle in the upper-right corner. When you turn on Form View, it only displays the fields you need to complete so you don’t need to review the entire document.
You can switch between Form View and the original document layout at any time using the toggle. This allows you to preview your input in the document. You will also be shown the entire document before you sign it.

- Click Review & sign in the email you receive from Dropbox Sign.
- This opens the document in a new browser window, where you can turn on Form View using the toggle in the upper right.
