The Sign Paid Support Add-On enables all active members of a team to receive increased support entitlements. There are two levels of support available.

Live chat support | Not available. | Available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday. | Available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday. |
Phone support | Not available. | Available during local business hours* (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday). | Available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday. |
*Local business hours are supported in Australia, Canada, Central Europe, Japan, the UK, and the US, and are determined by the location of the admin.
