The HelloSign Paid Support Add-On enables all active members of a team to receive increased support entitlements. There are two levels to choose from depending on the level of support you’d like to receive.

How to purchase the HelloSign Paid Support Add-On
The HelloSign Paid Support Add-On is available to users on a Standard plan with five or more licenses and all users on a Premium plan. To purchase the Paid Support Add-On, fill out the HelloSign contact form and indicate which level of support you’d like to purchase.
