Support hours and response times
All users can expect a response from email support within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. However, if you’ve purchased the HelloSign Paid Support Add-On, you can expect a faster response.
Live chat and phone support response times depend on which level of the HelloSign Paid Support-Add On you’ve purchased.
How to contact email support
1. Sign in to app.hellosign.com/account/logIn.
2. Click ? (question mark) in the top-right corner.
3. Select Contact Us from the dropdown.
4. Click Submit Request.
5. Click File a ticket.
6. Fill out the form and click Submit.
How to contact live chat or phone support
If you’ve purchased the HelloSign Paid Support Add-On, sign in to hellosign.com with your admin credentials and and click Help at the bottom of the page to start a live chat or request a call.
