    Thank you for writing in today. Please contact the company that implemented our API into their software. They should be able to help you. 

    All of our systems are currently operational. We have a status page which you can view here if you are ever interested:

    It may be that their is an issue with the implementation and in that case the developers of that implementation will need to reach us at apisupport@hellosign.com
